This project includes duplexes and apartments.
Completed in October 2020, it provides 36 new homes consisting of one and two-bedroom homes.
Exterior of the building appears to be made of brick and timber weatherboard when both are actually made of precast concrete. Using precast concrete also contributed to the overall acoustics and durability of the buildings.
The concrete breezeways and floors are linked with precast metal rafters and purlins.
All site management and carpentry works were carried out by employees directly employed permanently by McMillan & Lockwood.
