14 terraced 1 and 2 bedroom houses for CORT Community Housing and was the third project for this client following to previously successful projects in Papakura and Otahuhu. 

Completed the design and build process, including obtaining Resource and Building Consent Approval, construction to handover of the finished dwellings to the client

The project commenced in mid-2018 with McMillan & Lockwood responsible for engaging and managing the design consultants to ensure the clients budget, design constraints and delivery programme could be met.

Construction works commenced in January 2019 with Practical Completion being achieved in December 2019 all as per the original contract programme and to satisfy the clients requirements of moving vulnerable tenants in prior to the Christmas holidays.

The project programme had been meticulously planned out during preconstruction activities and reviewed with many of the early trades who were procured prior to taking possession of site to ensure the project went as planned once it commenced. This early work paid dividends as after 4 months the project was 3 weeks ahead which it maintained for the remainder of the project.
